Dog Park Inc. was created with the idea and flexibility of the traditional New York style hot dog cart. Historically the Hot Dog cart was a rolling restaurant designed to meet the needs of fast pace urban dwellers. From New York to Chicago, the Hot Dog has taken its place as an American staple from ball parks to movie theaters. There was just one problem. The hot dog was not changing to meet the changing taste of the newer generation of Hot Dog eaters.

That is when I set out to change the taste of what people have come to know as a Hot Dog or a sausage. After months of taste test, I have come up with high quality meats combined with fresh blends of gourmet fruit and vegetable sauces that accent, enhance and compliment the meats to bring out an incredible favorable experience. 

 Dog Park was named as something funny and easy to remember. To continue to play off of that idea, our specialty Hot Dogs all have fun memorable names, each filled with a blend on culinary good designed to leave you speechless.
